Hotel Can Batiste's restaurant serves freshly-caught local seafood. The family-run Can Batiste lies at the mouth of one of Spain’s great rivers, the Ebro, just outside several stunning nature reserves. This fantastic environment lies in the south of Catalonia, a short distance from the popular tourist resort of Peñiscola. Enjoy the region’s famous foods in the hotel’s own 30-year-old restaurant. Here you can try a wide range of dishes prepared with fresh fish, shellfish, olive oil and rice, accompanied by fine Catalan wines.
30 years ago Can Batiste was born, in the Ebro Delta, a family business that was created by Batiste and Montse on 17 December 1982 in Sant Carles de la Rapita, the heart of the Delta de l'Ebre. At the beginning started as a small restaurant in the town center, Meson Can Batiste, located near the town hall Excelentíssimo Sant Carles de la Rapita; Before long this facility became too small and was decided to launch an initiative that Llebaría out construction of a new facility in 1990. Our mission is to continue providing high quality service with a team of qualified, professional, young but ready to the hand of the old guard and above all very motivated, have met and exceeded client expectations, without neglecting the awareness for the environment and the environment.
