The restaurant, with its chef Jordi Vidal, maintains the same line of the hotel, delicately treated kitchen, with quality products and small surprises. The base of our kitchen is the product of our fish market and the orchard of the Delta del Ebro. You can enjoy the tasting menu and the different gastronomic days that are held in the Rapita throughout the year.

The restaurant Can Batiste, San Carlos de la Rápita, in the Delta del Ebro, you can enjoy a quiet, friendly and familiar environment suitable to taste the best products of our land. In our restaurant you will find traditional seafood dishes from Rapitenca and traditional recipes from the Ebro Delta made with the products of the Sierra del Montsià and small details of author, product and seasonal cuisine. Our team of chefs with Jordi Vidal and Maria Pilar Aliau at the front will select from our markets the best products to enjoy later at the table. In the loja of San Carlos de la Rápita every evening we select the best fish and seafood and then manipulate them with sufficient delicacy so that all the flavor finishes the dining room of our restaurant. All this is complemented with the most appropriate artisan rice and the best vegetables that give us the fertile lands of the Ebro Delta. From the Sierra del Montsià you select the best oils of the forge, sevillenca and morruda varieties, as well as the exceptional oils of millenary olive trees. Joan Enric Vidal and Carmen Nonnato in the room will take care of your comfort at the table and select the wines that give us these old grenache that grow in the Terra Alta.
